Led SEM channel management and strategic initiatives at Feather Insurance, built and led a 5-person performance marketing team at CareerFoundry, and started my career managing £1.2M in paid search budgets for Estée Lauder at 77Agency - from there, progressively deeper into complex products and harder marketing problems.
